What is hand framed knitwear?
Hand framed knitwear if the process of knitting using a manual knitting machine. It requires a certain level of skill and patience to operate.
The knitter casts on by hand, wrapping the yarn around each needle individually. They then push the carriage back and forth guiding the yarn through as they go. It can involve a whole array of hand operated techniques. To finish they cast off by hand knitting each needle and sewing in the ends.

Can I send an item as a gift?
Of course you can, our orders are packed in tissue paper and our own gift boxes as standard. Let us know in the comments section at checkout of a wish to send as a gift. We'll make sure to leave out the invoice, but make sure to add a gift message so they know it's from you! We sell gift cards and greeting cards too.
Why do some products have a lead time?
Items that are made to order will have a lead time, so your products are being made specifically for you. Many items are handmade in the studio in Ammanford, Carmarthenshire. Creating items in this way helps us expand our product offering whilst reducing waste
What are your estimated delivery times?
Delivery is aimed to arrive within 3-5 working days if they are pre-made. Please be sure to check the product descriptions in case your item is made to order
Larger orders may take longer, if this is the case you will be notified
Will it be tracked?
Large items, such as knitted jumpers and clothing will be sent tracked, smaller items such as accessories will be sent Royal Mail untracked
Will I have to pay any Import Duty if I am purchasing from abroad?
Any import customs tax and duty will be payable by you, the customer, (if there are any) if you live outside of Europe
How do I return an item?
We operate a 14-day return policy for a wish to return an item. Notify us of a wish to return an order through our contact page. Products must be of the same quality and sent in the same packaging it was delivered in

Faulty or damaged goods?
In the unfortunate event of a faulty or damaged item we will issue a full refund of your order, please contact us as soon as you notice any issues and we will deal with your request within 24 hours
